Just minutes from the colleges or a 5-minute drive to the hottest nightlife, restaurants, and shops in the city. We specialize in affordable elegance and are committed to providing you with a complete and accurate depiction of your modest vacation rental home. The space Perfect property for someone who is moving to the area, here for a short time on work, football games, or just on holiday and needs a private well appointed space of their own. Home includes a living room with a full sized sofa bed and 55in TV, separate eat-in dining room, gorgeous master bedroom and private patio. Amenities — Electronic keypad entry — Parking for up to 2 vehicles directly in front of the unit — Keurig coffee maker with a sample selection of K-cups to get you started — Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, air fryer — Private patio off the master bedroom — TV with Disney+ included but you are welcome to log into your own streaming services — Laundry room for stays of 4 nights or more — Check-out time is 11am. Sometimes a later check out is available for an additional $35. Please inquire if you are interested in this. — Check in is at 3pm. Sometimes the home is ready before this – you are welcome to inquire on the day of your arrival. We love what we do and work very hard to make sure that our guest enjoy their visit. Guest access You will have full access to the home – only one closet containing maintenance supplies will be locked during your stay. Other things to note There are two parking spots available directly in front of the unit. Please be sure to park in between the white lines. There is a sweet gum tree in front of the house that drop the little "gumballs" and the roots cracked the driveway a bit. To operate the Smart Thermostat twist the dial and the menu will pop up. Choose the setting and set your temperature.
