7S Ranch Bunkhouse

Our guests enjoy privacy of our bunkhouse. Living rm/shower/toilet and lav are downstairs. One twin bed and a futon in 'standing room' loft. Queen bed in private bedroom. WIFY and Roku/Hulu. Breakfast fixings: coffee, tea, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, waffle/muffin mix. Microwave, toaster oven, ele. hot plate for cooking. Dorm size refrig/freezer. Several great local restaurants. 4 museums. Pet friendly! $10 for each additional adult, after 2. Approx 6 miles from Cuero and 25 from Victoria. The space We are on 20 acres, part of a 200 acre ranch and enjoy porch sitting with views to courtyard and west for sunsets. As our guest, you are invited to grill outdoor with us (b.y.o. steak!), enjoy the courtyard, or a a walk/run down our country lane. We are fourth generation ranchers on the property and cross Beef master and Black Simmental Cattle. My husband is a lifelong cowboy and cattleman and loves to give ranch tours. Guest access Washer and dryer in main house available after 5p.m. or when we are home. UPS and Fedex deliver to our address. One space covered parking for you. You are welcome to roam the property, enjoy our garden, and fresh air! Other things to note If you bring a pet and need to leave for an event, please bring a pet carrier or crate for them! Smoking outside only please!
