The 3.5 BHK Ekostay Kingfisher Villa in Lonavala provides an ideal staycation experience, allowing you to immerse yourself in the picturesque valleys and breathtaking views that Lonavala has to offer. Situated beyond Tiger Point on Amby Valley Road, this villa offers a private indoor pool for you to relax in with your loved ones, all while soaking in the beauty of the hills, trees, and fireflies. The space Bedrooms: - The villa features 4 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and 1 in the basement. - 3 bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioners for your comfort, 1 bedroom (basement) does not have an air-conditioning. - Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed - Extra mattresses can be provided upon request. Living Room: - The living room offers comfortable seating for 8 to 10 people on a sofa. - The living room does not have air conditioning. - A television is available in the living room for your entertainment. - A 6 seater dining table is available for your convenience. - The villa also boasts an indoor pool adjacent to the living room. - Carrom Board Bathrooms: - The villa has 4 bathrooms in total, with 3 attached to individual bedrooms and 1 serving as a common washroom. (Basement Bedroom does not have a bathroom) - Basic toiletries are provided, but please bring your own towels. - Geysers are installed in 3 attached bathrooms to ensure hot water availability. Kitchen & Meals: - Should you desire, in-house meals can be arranged by connecting with your dedicated host in advance. - Heavy cooking is prohibited. - The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator and water purifier. - Cutlery and crockery are readily available for your use. Outdoor Area: - The villa boasts a garden, seating area, bedstead, gazebo, and a designated bonfire area.. - The villa also features a terrace area, perfect for enjoying quality evenings. - A private indoor pool is available from 2pm till 9pm, the pool size is (32*14*4 feet). Additional Amenities: - There is a secure parking area available for 4 cars. - Games such as Carrom, Uno, Racket, and Playing Cards are available. - In case of a power outage, there is an inverter for backup power. Genset can be made available at an additional cost. - If needed, mosquito repellent can be supplied to guests. - A bonfire can be arranged with advance notice and for an extra fee. - Complimentary WiFi is accessible. It may be intermittent. Other Important Information: - Kingfisher Villa is situated within a gated community. - The approach road is in good condition. - The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals. - To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. Damage Deposit: - A refundable security deposit of INR 5000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests. TRUE FACTS: - Secured Parking Space for 4 to 5 cars. - Approx 10 meters of downslope, however it is not risky. - The 4th bedroom (Non-AC) is in the basement and access is from outside the property. - Located in Gated Villa Community. - Caretaker available onsite/on call from 9 am to 9 pm. - Swiggy & Zomato - Non-Operational. Guest access - Tiger & Lions Point is just a 10-minute drive away, where you can relish hot Maggi, pakodas, and chai while taking in the stunning views. - Bhushi Dam is reachable within a 30-minute drive - Lonavala Market and the station are approximately 40 to 45 minutes away by car. Other things to note - Check-in is available from 2 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11 AM. - During your stay, please refrain from hosting visitors or additional guests to avoid incurring extra charges. - We have an inverter backup that can only run lights and fans for 1.5 to 2 hours under regular use in the event of an electrical blackout. Please be aware that no heating or cooling appliance device shall operate. If the power outage persists, EKOSTAY will provide a free backup generator for one hour that can only power three air conditioners. If the outage persists, guests will be responsible for paying fees for up to 5 hours at a rate of INR 400 per hour. If the outage persists even after this, EKOSTAY will pay for that day's worth of backup. - We do not support late-night parties or loud music after 10 PM. DJ parties and large sound systems are strictly prohibited. - You can bring your pet for an additional cost of Rs 1,000/- per pet. - Illegal activities, including the possession or use of drugs/narcotics and weapons, are not allowed on the premises. The management retains the authority to report such activities to the local authorities, which may result in eviction. - Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking. A fine will be imposed for smoking indoors. - There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Parents or guardians must supervise infants and youngsters while they are in the pool. - Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items. - Please ensure the safekeeping of your personal belongings. Loss, theft, or damage to items is not the responsibility of the management. - Only Aadhar Cards, Driver's Licenses, and Passports are accepted as valid ID proofs. - The management's decisions are final and binding. - A refundable security deposit will be collected, and any actual damages caused during your stay will be deducted from this deposit.
