Park and play! Our 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo is located right in the heart of downtown Avila Beach. We're only steps from the beach, pier, and boardwalk. Take advantage of the private double garage and avoid parking hassles. Otter Lofts II is upstairs and on the corner of the building, so it's bright and airy with beautiful views. Enjoy a glass of local wine or morning coffee on one of three balconies. You'll love Avila! Now with brand new smart TV's in every room and brand new king size beds! We have indoor stairs that lead up to the second story condo. The entrance opens to a small entry way and 1 flight of stairs ascend directly up into the condo. We have both a kuerig and a traditional coffee maker. Trash will need to be placed for pickup on Wednesdays. The condo is private and all areas are open for your use. Please be mindful of the business below. We are not on-site, but can be available should you need us or an issue arises. We are right in the mix of downtown Avila Beach (steps to the beach), so there are plenty of wine tasting rooms, restaurants and fun things to do just downstairs. Be sure to catch a whale watching tour, rent a bike an visit the Bob Jone's Trail, or go paddleboarding or kayaking while here, so you can truly experience the beauty of Avila Beach. You can get to any place in the Avila/ San Luis Bay Area by foot or by bike. Most of our guests leave their cars parked and enjoy everything has to offer. There is only one road into Avila Beach, making this area secluded and special, but it also makes for some traffic during high season. Keep that in mind when you choose your arrival times and departure dates.
