The LAKE HOUSE is a beautiful two storey lakefront executive cottage situated on over 100 ft of private waterfront on beautiful clean quiet Clear Lake, Torrance Ont. Perfect for a family Muskoka vacation. The Lake House is a Post and Beam home with all the modern amenities, plus a one room bunkie, a carport, extensive docks with deep water and water toys and fun for all ages. With four bedrooms and the bunkie The Lake House sleeps 10 adults plus babies/toddlers. The space Clear Lake is a peaceful lake with clean clear spring water and much canoeing, kayaking, paddle-boarding and tubing. Jet skis and speeding boats are rare which makes it an ideal spot for children, young AND old, to experience life on and in the water. If you are looking for a wild party spot this is probably NOT the place for you. A little bit more about our property: The LAKE HOUSE, on a treed private waterfront, has one King and three Queen bedrooms, two 4-piece Bathrooms plus a 2-piece Powder Room. It's "BUNKIE" just outside the main door of the LAKE HOUSE is a single bedroom that sleeps three in a triple bunk and has the best lake views anywhere! Blankets, quilts, mattress covers, pillows, beach and bathing towels are included in the rental. Please note that bed sheets and pillowcases are NOT INCLUDED. A list of bed sizes is provided in the room descriptions. The LAKE HOUSE kitchen is a chef's dream with a Garland Gas Range, Subzero Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave and a separate Utility Room with a Washer and Dryer and a second fridge. There are all manner of small appliances, including Kitchen Aid Mixer, Cuisinart, Slow Cooker, Sandwich Maker, Waffle Maker, Air-fryer, Ninja Blender, Nespresso and Drip Coffee Machines, and endless cookware. Windows abound on the lake side of the main floor so cooking and even doing dishes provides stellar views. The expansive deck is accessed from the Dining Room or the Muskoka Room and is furnished in the summer season with lounges, a dining table with umbrella and chairs, outdoor wicker seating and a propane fire pit for cooler nights. Cushions are stored in a box nearby on the deck. There is a Weber propane BarBQ on the Lake House deck. We leave cooking supplies and pantry essentials in the cupboards and fridge for use during your stay but ask that you please replenish what you finish so the next cook doesn't get caught short with no olive oil or mustard! The LAKE HOUSE has a flat screen TV in the Living Room and the Master Bedroom with Bell Expressvu Satellite TV. Bell WIFI can be used throughout the house and down on the dock. Guest access There is a large dock with six lounges, four wood Muskoka Chairs, an umbrella and plenty of toys. You have access to 2 canoes, 2 paddle boards, a paddle boat, a kayak, a swim dock, a Lily Pad and scores of floaties and water toys. We have a large selection of life jackets and can verify that we have what sizes you require. Please ask. Other things to note Check in is 4:00 PM on. There is a lockbox for key access. Check out is by 10:00 AM to allow preparations for the next guest please. Please leave the property as you found it...clean and neat with furniture where you found it. Additional fees will be charged if excessive cleaning is required or garbage or recycling has not been properly sorted for pickup. A detailed information package on the cottage will be sent to guests a month prior to occupancy.
