No through traffic, no smog, no disturbing noises - recreation. The apartement is valuable furnished and built out with ecological aspects. The heater ist integrated in clay plaster with ecofriendly limewash coat. The floor ist made out of fumed oak. All in all it´s a healthy and cozy indoor climate, which is also suitable for allergy sufferers. The south west oriented panorama window and the 12 square meter balcony offers you a lovely view into a placid valley. Upstairs in the gallery you can rest in a lounge, which can also be used as a sleeping place. The apartement is open and transparent designed. The south west orientation ensures a lot of day light and therefore for a friendly atmosphere.
