Master Bedroom

I m renting a Master Bedroom only, NOT the entire place. My place is cozy and enough space for you to enjoy your stay. You are able to use the laundry and kitchen on certain time of the day, We try not to make any noise from 10 pm to 7am. The key will be in the lockbox. The space My place is really simple and practical, i don't own too much furniture, I have everthing you will need on daily basis. There are OUTDOOR AND INDOOR CAMERAS(living room and kitchen area), for security purposes. Guest access The guest is allowed to use to Laundry once a week, living room, kitchen (there is a time restriction ) and the guest will be able to use the back yard. During your stay I live in the house, i will stay home 24/7 Most of the time I work from home. I received clients at home from 8 30 am to 9 pm most of the days. I am happy to help on whatever my guest need on my time off. Other things to note A MASTER BEDROOM ONLY MUST HAVE A CAR NO EXTRA GUEST WITHOUT PERMISSION There are OUTDOOR (front patio and back patio) AND INDOOR CAMERAS(living room and kitchen area), for security purposes.
