This three bedroom, two bath Condo is located close to downtown for shopping and Ski Apache Mountain for skiing! The master bedroom is on the main level with two bedrooms and game room with a pullout couch (suitable for kids) upstairs. The family room has plenty of space for relaxing in front of the fireplace. There are two public golf courses in close proximity as well as groceries stories, restaurants and quaint downtown shopping. The extra large deck off the family room has a gas grill, table and chairs to enjoy the incredible views of the Mountain! We have a laundry room with washer/dryer for you to use too. The fireplace is Gas so no need to worry about wood, it is ready to go! There are two parking spaces at the front entry and a key-less entry door. I like to give my guests space, but I'm always available via call, text, or Airbnb messaging. The Condo community is across from a small golf course and in a neighborhood with homes all around. There is plenty of places to walk and explore and see all the deer too. Around the corner from the neighborhood is restaurants like Farley's, Anaheim Jacks and if you want some coffee or tea check out Zocca or Log Cabin is good for breakfast. Parking is right out front of the condo. If skiing isn't your thing; there are plenty of other activities nearby. Ruidoso Winter Park has tubing and Inn of the Mountain Gods has golf or a casino at night. Hike around Alto Lake or even fish. They stock this lake with catfish and trout year round; just make sure and get your fishing license before heading over there. Another lake that is only a quick 15 minute drive is Grindstone Lake, check out Fisherman Trail for hiking that goes around the lake and dam. We even have horse racing at Ruidoso Downs. Even a day trip to White Sands is fun to slide down the dunes! Or if you just need a day at the spa there are several nearby.
