Located at the edge of Westwood Recreation Reserve is our beautiful Scandinavian-style house which has a private bedroom downstairs with an ensuite, a kitchenette and a patio surrounded by native bush. Our property is close to a beautiful sandy beach which is accessible by car within a 2-minute drive. It is 20 min from Dunedin's airport, 15 min to Dunedin's CBD and a 5 min drive to famous Tunnel beach. All linen and towels provided, private bathroom, free onsite parking, and unlimited wifi. The space We would love for you to enjoy our garden 🪴 Feel free to light a fire on the fire pit and enjoy a glass of wine while listening to the ocean. Please be aware that the outdoor area is shared with us, including our chickens and cats! 🤗 Guest access Access is via our driveway and you are welcome to use one off-street park on the left as you drive in. Discreet entry and exit via your own front door at ground level. Other things to note Please let us know your ETA so we can turn the heater on for you 🤗 The closest grocery store ‘Fresh Choice Green Island’ is a 5-min drive away. You will also find a few ‘Food Take Away’ places in Green Island. There is also a very yummy coffee/breakfast place in Brighton.
