The studio is behind the main house and is completely private and detached from the main house. It is quiet and cozy and was remodeled in September 2018. It includes WiFi, expanded cable TV, NetFlix, and Hulu on a smart TV. The kitchen has new cabinets and countertops, a farm sink, over-the-range microwave, an oven and stove, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots and pans, dishes, bowls, glasses, etc. New steel exterior door was installed is very secure. Non-smoking only. The space To access the studio, park on the street and walk down the driveway through the gate and into the back yard. Guests are welcome to enjoy the yards — the grounds are maintained once a week and are in good shape. Guests are welcome to eat fruit from the citrus trees when in season. There is also a private laundry (washer/dryer) that is exclusively available to guests free of charge. Guest access Guests have the entire studio to themselves and are welcome to use the yards for laying in the sun and relaxing. Other things to note This is a non-smoking place.
