King Bed in Private Bedroom

Hey! Welcome to salt lake! We have a great comfy room with King Bed available. Bungalow style house is Located in an adorable neighborhood across the street from a block of great bakeries, Delis, and cafes! Pets are welcome! 2 dogs and a cat live here too! The space This bedroom overlooks the backyard and has Lots of light! It has a king pillow top bed that is super comfy! Room is Located right next to the shared bathroom, towards back of house. House is a 1920s bungalow with wood floors and lots of charm. Central heat and air conditioning. House is located in the area called Sugarhouse, and in the neighborhood called 15th and 15th. Across the street are lots of adorable cafes (Einstein bagels, Caputos Italian deli, Tulie Bakery, Sweetaly Gelato, Kings English bookstore, dog groomers, art gallery, Mazza Mediterranean restaurant) Bus stops, motorized scooters are all on the corner. great off leash dog park one block away (Wasatch hollows) We are minutes from the U of Utah, Trax, Dunkin’ Donuts, and many grocery stores! Guest access Guests have full access to the kitchen, laundry, dining room, living room and backyard. During your stay I’m available as needed. I live in the second bedroom with my two dogs and cat! There’s a back door entrance and a front door entrance. You can have as much privacy as you need, or as much local advice as you need. I actually just moved here last fall from New York/LA. But I went to school here so I’m learning new stuff but also know good stuff from college :) am happy to assist when needed! Other things to note This is a house with animals and wood floors. It will never be hotel clean! It will be vacuumed daily and kept normal clean :) But if you’re traveling with a pet you can relax and not worry about messes or accidents because I’m pretty sure I’ve seen it all!
