Warm, vibrant, and charming home with lots of windows to let in natural light, tile/wood floor, & AC (a plus considering most homes in Tucson have a swamp cooler). Centrally located, I’m only a mile north of University of Arizona, a few miles from the I-10 and the lively downtown, and about 20 mins from the airport. Comfortable room with queen size bed, desk, and a closet. Fresh linens and towels provided. My place is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space The private room provides guests with comfortable living and cozy touches. The room includes a queen size bed with fresh linens, a working space, and a closet. The bedroom has wooden floor. The hallway bathroom has a bathtub. It's fully stocked with basic toiletries. Many highly recommended restaurants are nearby or guests can use the full kitchen to enjoy a meal at home (please consider light cooking). I have a coffee machine in the kitchen for your use as well. Feel free to use the utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, pots/pans, and appliances (including a gas stove). I politely ask you to dispense waste and clean your dishes. You can store groceries in the fridge/freezer as well. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen, living room, and lots of board games. Guests also have access to high speed WiFi, a nice size TV and Apple TV with Netflix. The other guest bedroom is also an AirBnb room and may be occupied. During your stay I'm often working and/or traveling, so I may see you or may not. You may hang out and chat if I am around or if you would rather relax after a long day of travel you may do that as well. Just make yourself at home. If I'm not home, I'm always a text away if you need anything. I am very familiar with the local restaurants and bars. I love showing people around, just ask! Other things to note Please note there are two exterior cameras in the front of the house. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas.
