There is a balcony at the back, surrounded by greenery where you can relax while enjoying the beautiful weather. Everything is well soundproofed, clean and quiet. The bathroom is new and has a heated floor. A laundry room is available in a common area shared with only one other accommodation. Rental of 31 days or more only.
