It is a cozy place to enjoy time away Mnt.View area has a lot to offer festival's, trout fishing,hiking trails, nice nieghbors on the street. Quite and peacefull. The space Mountain View area is beautiful the trout fishing in fantastic, Blanchard springs caverns is close by,many hiking trails, bring 4 wheeler, basketball, football, and fire logs to help with starting a fire in fire ring please make sure it is extinguished before leaving. Guest access Its a big lot park any where you like, turn in just past Tiny House sign it is not graveled pull right up to the door don’t worry about the grass light should come on after dark for door access. Other things to note Please read instructions for leaving I do require you to pull the sheets that are used just leave close to ladder access, please do not change channels using tv controls (only use remote) Thank you
