Kitchen with oven, stove, toaster oven, microwave, sink and fridge. Guest access long driveway can fit large boats and trucks. Outdoor electricity available. private entrance with shared porch for evening breezes. entire apartment where you find everything you need. I can respect a persons need to privacy or I am happy to chat and offer recommendations where to go in the area. Have a pet? Not a problem just please leave a tip for the housekeeper's extra work cleaning after pets. Other things to note most guests do not leave their dog alone all day but on occasion I get a neglectful pet owner that leaves their dog alone for 10 and 12 hours! much too long for the poor animal. therefore I must institute a house rule, pets cannot be left alone more than 5 hours without being taken out and giv n attention! it's sad to have to make this point.
