I have a nice , and comfortable spare room, with bathroom on suite. Its definitely private since my room and bathroom are on the opposite side of the apt. My house is very cozy and in a great location. 1 block from the beach, restaurants, supermarket, bars and shopping . Came by. The space It's a room with a bathroom en suite, totally private. Guests will have access to the living room, kitchen, laundry, pool, beach chairs, beach cooler, and umbrella. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.
