It is a Loft type apartment with linens (sheets and towels), located on the first floor by stairs, ideal for a family of up to 4 people with small children. Kitchenette with two-burner gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster, 2 LED cable TVs, Wi-Fi, balanced flue heating, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The space Our apartments are within a complex with several more apartments, they have park with grills and burner with iron in common, parking in front of the complex, wifi, TV x cable and independent entrance. Small dogs up to 10kg are welcome. Change of towels and bath towels every 3 nights of accommodation and another set of sheets is delivered to change every 4 nights of accommodation. Our apartments are equipped with everything you need for an excellent stay. 24-hour centralized hot water. Only 4 short blocks from the sea. Residential area monitored by cameras. A few blocks away there is a shopping center with a supermarket, butcher shop, greengrocer, pharmacy, bakery, pet shop, laundry, kiosk and rotisseries. The apartments have heating and fans or air conditioning (depending on each case), they can be used all year round. Guest access You can use the park, grills and gas burner with a gas plate whenever you like. During your stay We are available via message for whatever you need and we live 3 blocks from the complex. The complex is monitored by external security cameras in the front and the park. Other things to note Includes daily housekeeping (January and February) and linen with towels changed every other day and sheets changed every 3 nights. In low season (March to November inclusive): does not include daily housekeeping or linen change, but does include cleaning the apartment upon departure.
