It is literally steps around the corner from downtown & also walking distance to Seneca Lake and HWS Colleges. You will enjoy a charming comfortable home away from home with many personal touches, such as a complimentary bottle of Finger Lakes wine, bottled water, chocolates, Finger Lakes coffees, and teas. The space Plum House features bright open living and dining areas, ornamental fireplaces, new kitchen, and outside porches with downtown and partial lake views. It includes three nicely furnished bedrooms with refinished hardwood floors. The ground floor features a laundry room, one-half bath, family room (TV and board games) & lovely fenced-in back yard and deck. Guest access The entire row house is available, except the attic. Other things to note I maintain strict COVID protocols. You will be provided with a four digit entry code for self check-in the day prior to your arrival. No smoking or vaping inside or outside.
