Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay, including those regarding noise, parking, and trash disposal. 11. Absolutely no drugs and illicit substances are permitted on the property. If any such activity is found to be happening, we reserve the right to call law enforcement. 12. Please be respectful of the property's neighbors.
