The city of Arlington has banned short term rentals for less than 30 days in our area, so the house is available for 30 DAYS MINIMUM. All new appliances, Keurig, toaster oven and a George Forman. Dining Room - Seats 6 people Laundry room - Full size washer & Dryer with desk area. Fenced-in yard with outdoor deck with table, umbrella, chairs and charcoal BBQ grill. Security alarm and keyless entry. Guest access Guests will have access to entire home. Other things to note - Must be at least 25 years old to rent - Absolutely no smoking - No pets - No burning candles - No parties or events - Be respectful to neighbors and no loud noise - Cannot throw any paper products in the toilet - Leave house clean and organized the way you received it - Park in driveway and not on grass - Trucks & SUV's cannot fit under carport
