Rental unit in Brooklyn

This 2nd floor suite within my home is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring NYC or in town for work. Compliant of local law 18. Designed and built to have family and friends stay with us within the home. The space has a private bathroom and basic appliances, the layout is a studio style with a closet between the 2 beds which most people find provides ample privacy. The space Our townhouse is located on a quiet block in Red Hook, within our home is a , luxurious bath, comfy Roche Bobois lounge chairs, 1 Queen and 1 Full bed with soft and well curated linens. The beds are configured for privacy but in same space. WiFi, A deep soaking bathtub, cappuccino machine, filtered water, fifties style SMEG refrigerator in the kitchenette, washer and dryer, lovely bath linens, garden access with a Grill, flat screen TV with Apple TV . The space gets great natural light on and the polished concrete floor in the lounge area stays nice and cool in the summer months please note there is not a full kitchen on the lounge level. Kitchenette provides use of tea kettle, microwave, toaster oven, cappuccino / coffee maker and the garden grill has side burners. Guest access You will be able to access all of the spaces here as well as the garden. Other things to note Chk in at 3pm Chk out is 11am. We are respectful of space. There are ample restaurants, coffee shops and the amazing fairway market very close. Absolutely NO outside guests besides pre-approved guests are allowed in our house.
