House on the Conestoga River

Our private property overlooks the Conestoga River just 4 miles from downtown Lancaster. A second floor Master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, TV, internet & a sitting area for a party of 2 . If traveling with family or friends a second bedroom with a double bed is available for an additional $55.00 per night. Bathroom offers full amenities. A bird's eye view of the gardens & river & nature at its best, can be seen from the private balcony adjacent to the bedrooms. The space After a busy day relax & unwind in the spacious 2nd floor suite with queen bed & large sitting area. Room has ceiling fan, central air, TV,wifi smoke detector with a adjacent full bath shower/tub & private balcony. A second bedroom with double bed is available at an extra charge . The balcony overlooks the fields & river. The area is very private & is never shared with other guests. Guest access Private parking, check in after 3:00 P.M, 2 night minimum stay, no pets,parties or events. Use of grounds.Please treat our home with care & respect. Check out time 11:00 A.M. During your stay Hosts are knowledgeable of the surrounding area of (URL HIDDEN) such as Sight & Sound,American Music Theater, Historic Fulton Theater & the Farmers market. Also available to give guided tours of the area including the city & the Amish country side at an additional charge. Also available: Guest wishing to be chauffeured to a near by destination such as a business meeting or dinner can plan this at an additional charge. Other things to note Canoes & kayaks are permitted if you wish to bring along & navigate the Conestoga River. Access is very easy from our back yard. Tubing is also available at a small additional charge & requires a signed disclaimer of liability prior to floating the river. A fire pit is available and offers a relaxing and enjoyable evening at rivers edge.
