Our Highlands End - MASTERS RENTAL

Our home is a classic Summerville residence with abundant charm and optimal convenience, complemented by a recently renovated and upscale interior. Enjoy comfort and privacy on The Hill while being within walking distance of Arsenal Taproom, Village Deli, and Sheehan's Irish Pub. Most importantly, the Augusta National Golf Club is just a five minute drive up Highland Avenue. The space Master Bedroom & Bathroom • The master bedroom suite is adjoined to the main part of the house by a hallway. It has a queen size bed fitted with a memory foam mattress pad – perfect for coming home from a long day at the National. The bedroom has a comfy alcove with a love seat and a large 31-inch flat screen TV that is set up with a Chromecast and a Fire TV Stick (instructions provided). Space will be available in the walk-in closet to accommodate your hanging clothes. The master bathroom has a shower and a stately elevated bathtub, which would also be great for winding down at the end of the day. Other Bedrooms & Their Shared Bathroom • The two other bedrooms are located by the living room and kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet space. They share a bathroom that includes a shower tub, and both bedrooms have TVs equipped with Chromecasts and Amazon Fire TV Sticks (instructions provided for each). Kitchen • The kitchen is the heart of our house, lit with warm recess lighting and fitted with granite counter tops, a new gas range stove, and pristine glassware and cutlery. There is a Cuisinart coffee maker that will be stocked with Starbucks coffee. If you want to sit down for a snack while talking with others in the kitchen, there are three bar stools with Masters-themed place settings on the bar top. Living Room • The living room is furnished with a new couch and two matching recliner chairs centered on a coffee table. On the table we have a set of guides about Augusta, the official program of the Masters, several books about the National, and an assortment of publications by local authors for you to peruse at your leisure. Sunroom • The sunroom is adjacent to the living room, and it’s where the dinner table is – complete with six chairs and place settings. Outside Patio & Yard • Behind the house is the yard and patio. We have a stone-circled fire pit set up, a propane gas grill, a charcoal grill, and an outdoor table with four chairs. Other • The laundry room is connected to the hallway between the master bedroom and the rest of the house. Inside it you’ll find the iron and ironing board and the washer and dryer, which are all new – feel free to use them (detergent provided)! Guest access You will have the entire property to yourself for the duration of your stay. Make yourself at home! Other things to note No golf shoes or smoking inside, please.
