Built in 2006 and renovated in 2017, this beautiful duplex home is perfect for a group vacation, family getaway, or long stay for Winter Texans. The house is located on a secluded cul-de-sac, which makes it private but easily accessible from Port A's top spots. The beach is a 3 min. drive or 15 min. walk away. The threshold of downtown Port A is only a 7 min. drive. The home sleeps 12 guests, each with a spot in a bed. The perfect home away from home in Port Aransas, Texas! STR License #378382 The space The house is large, airy, and open in feel with a very high ceiling in the living area. It is divided into three bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a dining area and a large living room. The master suite downstairs has a queen bed and its own bathroom. Two bedrooms upstairs share a large bathroom. There is also a trundle bed on the second floor landing that sleeps two. The third bathroom, on the first floor, is accessible to everyone. There is room for at least four cars in the driveway, if you park two side-by-side and two behind those. The driveway is continuous with the neighbors, so please respect their space and do not block their driveways. Please respect pool rules and be mindful of neighbors who share the pool area. The garage, accessible through the laundry room, is reserved for the owner’s use and is off limits to guests. Other things to note Booking must be made by an individual 25 years or older, who will be present for the entire stay. We may ask for ID in person. Please tell me a bit about your group in your booking request, and please be honest! We dislike being strict, but unfortunately we have had a lot of damage and bad experiences lately from college-age groups using the house to party. In addition to the base price and Airbnb fee, a 6% State occupancy tax will be automatically added to your total. Finally, please note that the house is equipped with a smart lock system. If you book, you will receive an automated email with instructions on how to download the wireless key to your smartphone, which opens the front and back exterior doors. You will later receive an access code to use our keypads. For your security, the doors automatically lock themselves after five minutes.
