Kitchen: electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave. Bathroom/toilet: bathtub and shower, hairdryer. Toilet in separate room. Balcony: private balcony with seating area. Minimum rental period: January to May, as well as October to December: 2 days. June / July / August / September: 5 days. For group or company bookings, a deposit of 100 euros is required. The security deposit will be refunded by us after the apartment has been returned without complaint.
