Cozy Lakefront Cabin close to Acadia National Park

Come enjoy this rustic lakefront cabin located an hour from either Acadia National Park on MDI or the Schoodic Peninsula. This is the perfect house for a relaxing and fun Maine getaway. The cabin has a full kitchen and bathroom with an enclosed porch for enjoying the view without the bugs! Just step out the front door and you are looking over beautiful Webb Pond. Great swimming , kayaking and fishing are all waiting for you here. Spend the day in the park and the night on the pond. The space Our Rustic Maine Cabin made of roughcut lumber has plenty of space and is in a beautiful location. The cabin has a bedroom, bathroom, living/dining space, kitchen and windowed in front porch. The kitchen has a stove/oven, microwave and full size refrigerator for cooking your own meals. The living room has a futon couch and the porch has a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The cabin has running water which is drinkable but has a significant salt taste. We provide a water cooler with 5 gallon bottles of water for drinking and cooking. We believe that pets are part of the family and should come on vacation too (as long as they are well behaved and are cleaned up after). Guest access The entire cabin is yours! We have a shared dock out into the lake, a fire pit in front of the cabin, a grill for outdoor cooking plus kayaks (and canoe) and fishing gear that you can use during your stay. There is another space (Lakeside Loft), next to the cabin, that is listed on Airbnb. The loft next door also has parking for 2 vehicles and the parking area is connected. Other things to note We allow well behaved pets. We have WiFi access but many of our guests like to be unplugged during their stay. Cell phone access is limited unless hooked up to the WiFi. We can get 1-2 bars on the lake side of the cabin which is usually good for calls and limited web browsing. Verizon, AT&T... bad. US Cellular... good. There are Loons, Owls, Osprey but also Mosquitos! It is the Maine woods after all! Population varies based on weather and time of year. There may be some deterrents in the cabin, but you may want to bring your own bug spray.
