Heidi's Large Mountain Retreat Cabin w/ Sauna

7 bedrooms and a loft. 5 bathrooms, one w/ infrared sauna, vaulted ceilings, 3 fireplaces, open kitchen, BBQ, huge deck over-looking the mountain view & sunsets. Child & dog friendly (pet fee $50/dog). It snows typically December - March. Roads are well plowed & cindered but you have to be prepared with chains and/or AWD vehicle. You may have to use our snow shovels at the house to clear doorways and pathways after a storm. Our side yards have a gentle slope and perfect for kids to sled. The space The house is spacious; 3,200 sq.ft. .....modernly rustic......cozy & comfy........ The best house you can find around here for a large group. Everyone gets a bed and don't need to sleep on floors nor couches in common space. Our back yard is large and flat; great for games. There's a playhouse and swing for kids. We offer lots of seating in the front & back yard and on the large back deck. The mountain view and sunsets are beautiful from the deck. Guest access As our guests you may enjoy the Club House w/ heated outdoor swimming pool (only open during warm season), 2 tennis courts, 9-hole golf course w/ putting green & range (gear available at pro-shop), rec. room w/ various games, small lake (fishing only, no swimming or boats); equestrian center; hunting; hiking; park w/ sand volleyball court, basketball court, baseball field & playground, gift shops, post office, restaurants & church in village center; various festivals in summer; snow play, sledding & cross country skiing in winter. Verizon and Sprint cell service. Other things to note Washer/dryer available. We allow up to 16 people. If you wish to bring more guests please inquire before booking. I typically allow just a few more with a fee of $35/guest/night. and up to 3 dogs but you need to get my approval first and pay a pet fee of $50/dog. No other pets, please or let’s discuss if you can’t leave them home. We have cameras to see your entry. Early check-in & late check-out are possible w/ $75 fee each, but granted a week before arrival date our schedule allowing. Up to 8 cars allowed on our driveway. More free parking is available off-site. This is a quiet area; no loud noise allowed! - No groups consisting of under 21 year olds without a parent, teacher, coach, etc. supervising adult(s). - Small events up to guest count of 35 allowed and only for few hours). $10/day guest fee will apply.
