Exceptional views from every room! The bathroom is custom made with tile/granite and has a large soaking tub adjacent to a shower with seat and 7’ high shower head. The kitchen has all stainless appliances with plenty of granite counter space. The spacious deck runs along the entire guest house, with access from sliding glass doors in the living room and bedroom. Enjoy comfy lounge chairs and wicker-style sitting area with complete privacy and expansive views of the mountains. At one end of the deck is a large double hammock, and a laundry room for the guest house only - even this room has a view! We enjoy year-round temperate weather, with cool ocean breezes almost every afternoon. One can even see the sun glistening off the Pacific Ocean in the distance. The four acre property is gated and extremely private. This guest house looks out over miles of natural terrain and a grove of macadamia nut trees on the property. Our location is about a mile from the intersection of Fallbrook, Bonsall, Oceanside, and Camp Pendleton. It is about a 10-15 minute drive through our lovely hills to Fallbrook, Bonsall, or Oceanside shopping areas. Fallbrook boasts art galleries, a weekly Farmers Market and of course, the annual Avocado Festival in April. The beaches at Oceanside are a short 25 minute drive through our hills, and down to the coast. Equally distant from Interstate 5 or Interstate 15, going to the north, Temecula Wine Country is a 30 minute drive. There are over 40 wineries in this area to choose from with restaurants and evening entertainment to enjoy with award winning wines. We are about an hour from downtown San Diego, the airport, the Zoo, and Balboa Park museums and exhibits. Legoland is about 30 minutes away. People who visit us feel as though they are a retreat by enjoying the serenity and quiet of the area. It’s the perfect place to get away from the busyness and enjoy solemnity and peacefulness.
