This is a small studio apartment with 1 queen bed, small loveseat, desk & food prep area (no true kitchen with sink), but we have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker! Fenced in yard with private patio space. The space This is is a small, detached studio located behind a single family home. It's located upstairs in the pictured building (storage room below). It has a sleeping area with queen bed, Roku TV, small loveseat, small desk & food prep area (coffee maker, microwave & fridge... there is no kitchen sink and only basic dishes provided). There is a creative closet space for hanging clothes. Guest access Behind the studio is a large driveway with plenty of off-street parking. In the front is a fenced in yard (yard space shared with your host and a friendly yellow lab). Other things to note Disclosures: small space! No true kitchen... food prep area but dishes have to be washed in the bathroom sink. It's probably best to plan for mostly coffee or re-heating food. Don't plan on cooking a meal here... you will be disappointed!
