Waterfont Retreat in Prestigious Royal Harbor

This beautiful remodeled, waterfront apartment is located upstairs in a quaint, 5 unit condominium. The lovely, galley style kitchen has granite countertops and a bar area that extends into the living room, perfect for entertaining while cooking. This 2 bedroom apartment can sleep 6 and has wood flooring throughout. The condo is in a fantastic location, in prestigious Oyster Bay/ Royal Harbor with a large back area with BBQ, making a wonderful quiet escape for relaxing, sunbathing and fishing. The space The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have a dresser with a mirror, end tables and a closet to provide plenty of room for personal property. The guest bedroom has a laundry room connected inside the bedroom. We believe that comfort is one of the most important aspects of choosing where to stay when vacationing. Therefore we choose to use pillow top or tempurpedic mattresses as well as “ Miracle Bamboo” brand memory foam pillows as two of the four pillows on each bed. We use quality furnishings and linens to make our rental a true and wonderful home away from home experience. There is a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. This neighborhood is beautiful, safe and very close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, bike, scooter, jet ski and boat rentals as well as the Naples Pier, Naples Zoo, Greenway and waterpark as well as only a few miles from a new lovely community pool park. Being directly on the water, feel free to drive your boat or boat rental right up to the sea wall in the back! This is the perfect vacation rental, and we look forward to having you as our guests! Guest access This spacious condo is totally private. The beautiful back yard area on the water may be shared with tenants of the other four units. We do not have a pool, but there is a new community pool approx. 4 miles away.
