House between sea and garrigue near Montpellier

Pleasant house with pool, semi-detached, located in Baillargues between sea and scrubland. Ideally located, the village of Baillargues is less than 15 minutes from the center of Montpellier, 40 minutes from the center of Nîmes. 20 minutes away, you will discover the beaches on one side, the garrigue, the cool rivers on the other (guides of the region available). You are 4 min walk from the Intermarché with bakery and McDonald's, 5 min from the village center (bakery, newspapers, butcher, pizzeria, coffee...). The space This is our main residence that we rent out during our holidays. So it is perfectly equipped. Please respect it as your own. The pool is treated with chlorine. A bar cover and alarm ensure the safety of children. A bubble tarp helps maintain a very pleasant temperature. Shops nearby: bakery, vegetable merchant, Intermarché, wine merchant then shops in the center of the village, butcher, grocery store, vegetable merchant, press, restaurant, pizzeria Available accessories: Gas plancha Pool games Children's toys available Linens and towels are not included in the rate. As the cleaning fee is not included, please leave the house as clean as when you arrived on the day of your departure. Housekeeping can be offered upon request for an additional fee. In bedroom 2 upstairs there is a secure mezzanine with nets and a double bed. A single bed is also available in this room. Both bedrooms on the upper floor are equipped with air conditioning. The downstairs bedroom has a ceiling fan that keeps the temperature pleasant in summer. There are 3 plants (including 2 lemon trees) to water during the stay. You can park on site either on the street or on the land in front of the house, in a private parking space. There is a sliding gate. Smokers are asked to smoke outside. Arrivals on Saturday for stays of 7, 14 or 21 days (full week). For August 2024, rental from Saturday, August 10 for a minimum of 1 week.
