The Lazy Daisy Cottage is a great fit for couples seeking privacy or it has all the amenities needed for a family of six where parents can have a romantic getaway and still provide fun for the kids with the dvd collection, board-games, or a visit to our pool and hot tub. It is also a great space for a Girlfriends getaway where you can walk over to the Tavern or Restaurant and enjoy your cocktails without having to drive! There is also a large deck outback with a firepit for roasting S'mores. The space The wonderful thing about the Lazy Daisy Cottage is you can have all the privacy of home but resort amenities and services are also available to you when you desire. You will enter the cottage through the beautifully sunlit living room and pass into the fully stocked kitchen with bottled water, snacks, sodas, and Starbucks coffee. There is also an oven, fridge, and microwave, all needed cooking utensils and a table for four. The Cottage has three bedrooms, one king bedroom downstairs, one king bedroom upstairs, and a tv room with a queen pull-out. Both are equipped with terry robes, luxury linens, and iPod docking stations. The sunlight yellows of the bathroom are soothing with a two person double Jacuzzi tub and tiled shower. The bathroom is stocked with plush towels and our signature luxury bath products. The living room is elegant but cozy with a chandelier, two recliner chairs, large couch, and a gas woodstove in the winter months. The tv room features a flatscreen tv with dvd player and satellite cable and the downstairs king bedroom also has a tv with satellite cable. The cottage will meet all your needs with extras like complementary port wine and candles throughout Guest access We also offer concierge services like booking massage right in the comfort of the cottage, arranging private Chef's dinners in the Garden Gazebo, room service, and kayak and paddle-board rental on the Lake. Other things to note Pet Policy We know how difficult it is to leave your “best friend” at home at lot of times when traveling… you may want them to be a part of your special vacation at Cooper’s Landing. Even though we love animals, we do have some policies . . . Pets are allowed with innkeeper’s prior approval only! Just shoot us a "message" for approval prior too booking. A credit card will need to be placed on file with the main Inn. A $25 per night small pet will be paid directly to the main Inn after pre-approval. Small pets are considered under 35 pounds. For larger animals in private cottages the pet fee is $35 per night. We do not accept any pets over 60 pounds. The innkeepers reserve the right to refuse accommodations to a pet upon arrival of they feel the animal possess any threat to the health or harmony of guests. Pets must be house-broken and non-chewers or diggers. Pets should be kept off the furniture and should bring their own crates / beds. If our pet policy is not followed additional fees may apply.
