It has been professionally furnished and renovated preserving its old charm for your enjoyment. The existing cabinetry, double-hung wood windows, millwork and wood floors are all original. The plumbing fixtures and electrical wiring are new, and updated to code in 2017. The main house has beautiful wood floors throughout and consists of:- A spacious Living room with an arched picture window, wood burning fireplace and an entertainment center. A formal Dining room with large corner windows, let in warm sunshine and cool ocean breeze. A fully stocked Kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and an antique Wedgwood stove surrounded by charming original 1930's kitchen cabinets, resurfaced in a soft French grey amid beautiful Mission tile floor. Master suite 1 - has two full beds and a walk-in closet. Master suite 2 - has one queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 - has one twin daybed, built-in shelving and window seat. (Master) Bathroom 1 is spacious and has a tub and a separate shower. A vessel sink sits on top of a white Calacuta stone countertop. Bathroom 2 is private and has a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have been professionally renovated and have all new plumbing faucets and fixtures. The Main house has a total of 4 beds which could sleep 5 persons comfortably if a couple occupies the queen bed. UPPER level Mother in law Quarters has an open landing refreshment counter with a farm sink, mini counter fridge, another under counter fridge and an electric kettle. Bedroom 4 is bright and spacious, it has a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom 3. Adjacent you'll find an office/bedroom 5 with 2 small closets and a trundle bed, which opens to two single beds. If used as a bedroom, guests will share a bathroom with bedroom 4. Sleeps 3 people comfortably if a couple sleeps in the queen bed. Please note that the upper level Mother in Law Quarters can be accessed through a Hall from the main house or a separate exterior porch. For your convenience two sets of Washer & Dryer are provided on the property. One set is situated in a common Hall closet between the Main house and Guest Quarters, and the second set is found in the garage. A beautiful front flower garden on Main St. and a rear fruit garden on Palm Ave, surround the property and a tranquil courtyard separates the Main house from the Guest Quarters. A two car garage on Palm Ave has very recently been renovated and it's shared.
