Stay at Kensington Bells! A Sparklingly new & spacious space next to conservation land and minutes from PEA, and the village of Exeter. The location (12 minutes from the coast), with comfort and luxury touches make this a perfect stop on your journey; whether for a night, a fortnight or half the year. The space This studio cottage is private and sits below the main house at an angle that affords privacy to enjoy your stay and come & go easily. When you arrive, drive up the driveway and take the first right turn to Kensington Bells. There is a door number lock to enter and lock with… Guest access Guests may use their private patio and enjoy the lower back garden/field. Other things to note Heat is electric, please turn off the heat when you leave or in winter please leave it below 60 when you go out for long periods of time. If you need anything extra please ask and I will try to accommodate you. Please do not smoke inside the building. Please be kind to the new appliances. We are on filtered Artesian well water so feely drink from tap. Please use the distilled water for the iron to avoid minerals on the iron & clothing.
