All modern amenities available. The space Our home is adjacent to the listed property in a quiet neighborhood. The Frederica Family Home has a basement for kids to play fuse ball, ping pong and darts. There is plenty of open space to walk your pet. Frederica is a classic river town at its core. Home of the new sports complex, Delaware Turf. Frederica is a quaint idyllic spot to escape for a moment of quiet reflection by the water. It is nicknamed Frogtown because of its location near the wetlands (and their amphibian residence). Frederica is a former port site that has evolved into a charming Delaware village with gorgeous nature views and a warm welcoming community. Guest access Our guests will be able to access the entire house with plenty of parking. The garage is not available. Other things to note Renters must be 21 years of age or older. Trash and Recycle are collected at approximately 6:00 am on Mondays. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm-8:00 am. Checkout is at 11:00 am. Please leave keys on the kitchen table, lock all the doors and take out trash. The house has a security camera attached to the garage.
