This apartment was built for short-term leases (a minimum of 30 nights, per county zoning regulations), with travel nurses, executives & traveling retirees in mind. We are conveniently located SE of the Denver Metro area, close to E470, which can quickly transport you to any location within the metro area. We are just minutes away from the DTC, Centennial Airport & it takes less than an hour to drive to the casinos and ski slopes. Our guest(s) will enjoy the peace & quiet & serenity offered by all 3 patios with outdoor eating spaces, lounge chairs, fire pit & BBQ grill, a large parking area with plenty of room for RVs, beautiful views of the mountains and sunsets, the surrounding park-like lawns, trees & seasonal flowers, listening to the year long flowing waterfall, and the resident wildlife. This is the perfect setting for a travel nurse or executive, who desires privacy and quiet, in order to unwind after a hard day's work. But for the traveling retirees who want to be more social and laid back, we have a wonderful time, sharing stories and dinners on the patio, or just sipping wine and enjoying the views. Our neighborhood is made up of 20 families who each live on 2 acres. It is very quiet here, and our property is particularly private because of all our trees. We have beautiful views, and we back to open space. We are conveniently located 1/2 mile from E470, which circles the city and can get you there (wherever there is!:) fast! The Cherry Creek Trail, for walking and biking, is just across the road. And the Denver RTD bus line is within walking distance, less than 1/4 mile. Month-to-month lease for our guests (a minimum of 30 days per county zoning regulations). Please : No pets, dues to allergies of future guests. No smoking inside the apartment.
