Other things to note The TVs are all Roku Smart TVs. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided. All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents. There is a doorbell camera in place to protect guests and the property. If you touch or tamper with the camera you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection! It is exterior only and in plain sight. The property is surrounded by wildlife. You will likely see and hear critters. We hire pest professionals to minimize bugs and critters in the home, but again.. you're in nature. Please let us know if you have any issues and we will make things right. No late check-out or early check-in. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We generally provide handsoap, a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and paper towels. Be prepared to bring your own Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee :) Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $175 and you will likely be asked to leave. Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. The house is yours! We have a designated owner's closet right when you walk into the master bedroom that is locked by a deadbolt. You can always message me if there are any emergencies, but I hope you don’t feel like you need to! I want you to fully enjoy your vacation, relax, and experience the beauty and fun that Port St. Joe has to offer :) Amazing, family-friendly pool community in the perfect central location to the beautiful beaches of Mexico Beach, Windmark Beach, and Cape San Blas. The community has one of the best pools in town along with a hot tub, charcoal grills, and a modest exercise room. Just a 2-minute drive to the closest beach access with an easy 30-yard walk to the water. Several other incredible beach spots within a 10-20 minute drive in any direction! This community has full-time residents and rental guests throughout the year and everyone is so friendly :) No boats or trailers. This is a gated community that enforces this rule. There are a handful of boat parking options in the area. While the beach is technically across the street, it's a busy road so you'll want to hop in your car and drive to any of the beach spots close by. The closest is truly a 2-minute drive and a great option :) You will be a 5-minute drive to downtown Port St. Joe with some of the best restaurants on the Florida Panhandle.
