Our home is situated right at the base of the continental divide and is surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views of Twin Sister's (13,000'+), Long's Peak (14'000'+), and the continental divide itself. At our home your vacation will be a relaxing mountain experience. It is located away from the traffic and noise on a quiet paved road. Enjoy a year round Estes Park vacation. The closest ski resort is about 1 hour away. 4 Bedroom 2 full bath sleeps up to 10 people. Estes Park “House On the Rocks” our Estes Park Business License # 3009. During the months of May through the end of October we rent our home on a 7-night minimum checking in on Saturday and checking out on Saturday. Four Bedrooms Total - 2 upstairs…one with 2 queen beds and one bedroom with 1 queen. 2 bedrooms downstairs…one with 1 queen bed and one with 1 queen and 1 twin. There's plenty of room to accommodate your whole family as there is a total of 11 bed spaces. Due to the town of Estes Park/Larimer County, Colorado vacation home regulations this property is limited to a maximum of 10 occupants. All linens, blankets, pillows, towels, hand towels and washcloths are provided. Two full baths-1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Large family living room with moss rock wood burning fireplace. Wireless internet, Satellite TV and DVD player – with several movies to choose from. Many books to read, DVD movies to enjoy and board games to play. Telephone…local calls free. Huge deck with patio furniture and picnic table-including charcoal grill and gas grill. Full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, stove/oven, refrigerator, plates, glasses, utensils, pots and pans. Dining area has seating for 8 just off of the kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. We typically book weeks and months at a time. Weeks, May through the end of October are rented on a check in on Saturday and check out the following Saturday. Full month bookings are subject to a discount. Once payment and damage deposit are made in full. Guest will receive an email with the lock box key code to gain access to our home. You will also receive a welcome email with the home address, driving directions and a list of cabin instructions to include items such as the cabin phone number, WIFI password etc........... Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am. We do have a contract with our cleaning company for the check in and check out times to allow them enough time to clean before you arrive and after you leave, so please no late check outs or early check ins. During the months of March through October and some holidays, we typically book on a check in on a Saturday and check out on a Saturday. In regards to smoking - you are more than welcome to smoke outside on the deck, or anywhere outside the house. Please clean up after yourself. The best method of contact us, is via AirBNB email. Enjoy a year round Estes Park vacation. Sited on the property have been coyotes, fox, marmots, ground squirrels, black bears, lots of birds and humming birds. We also see lots of mule deer and herds of elk. We are located withing the town limits of Estes Park with all city utilities on a quite 1.5 acres. We are just a 5-minute drive from downtown Estes and also to the entrance to RMNP. There is plenty of parking at our home and you will also have access to park inside the one car garage. Our guest have commented and we agree, you have one of the best views in town of Longs Peak and the Continental Divide from our deck.... We frequently see lots of wildlife such as deer, elk and many birds in the yard. The drive to our home is an asphalt road that has snow removal in the winter by the Town of Estes, so easy access to our property all year round. There is downhill skiing approximately 1 hour from our property, located at Eldora Ski Resort. Our kids enjoying sledding inside of Rocky Mountain National Park. Hidden Valley is the only place where sledding is still allowed within RMNP/Estes Park. Hidden Valley was formally a downhill ski area the National Park Service redeveloped into a sledding area complete with a warming hut (open on weekends) with 14 picnic tables and indoor restroom facilities. During the peak season May through October, with the high demand for reservations in Estes Park, we accept reservations checking in on a Saturday and checking out on a Saturday for a total of 7 nights.
