Please submit questions via contact page. The space The house has a wrap around porch and is surrounded by acreage filled with Oak trees, grassy lawns, and native Texas plants. There is a large limestone patio behind the house for picnicking, dancing or star gazing! We also have a wood burning fireplace and propane BBQ grill... Downstairs: Primary Room - one XL bed (the size of two queens put together, but seamless) Private sunroom off the living room - two futons Upstairs: Room #1: One king bed Room #2: Twin bunk beds + one queen bed Guest access You will have access to the entire house, porches, and surrounding front and backyard. Plenty of parking... Other things to note Well behaved pets and responsible pet owners are welcome. Please disclose that you are bring a pet when making your reservation. We do have a pet fee. Pets are not allowed on the furniture unless a (provided) covering is applied. Please sweep or vacuum up excessive pet hair. All pet waste must be removed from lawn and disposed of in outdoor trash bin. We charge $50 per hour for pet hair removal and $40 to remove any pet waste from yard.
