The space Tucked away for total privacy, you'll enjoy its quietness after a busy day. While small, plenty of room to stretch out and relax. This space is not ADA-compliant...and there is (1) 6-8" step at the front door. Yard is currently not suitable for small children - there is a deck so if you have a small child you will need to be on the deck with them at ALL times. Walking distance to main street in town for dining. We start you out with bottled water for your use. This 1 bedroom space features 1 bedroom with queen bed (wonderful firm foam mattress). Bathroom has toilet, lots of room to dress, and a TINY shower. Living room has sofa, TV, equipped for your Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime accounts for viewing. Kitchen features Keurig Coffee maker (and an assortment of coffee & teas), microwave, oven, stove, and an apartment sized refrigerator/freezer. Copper countertops. Perfect for 2, suitable for 3. So close to redwoods! So close to breweries, wineries, beach. Just added hand-held shower head for easier "usability". Full kitchen, stocked with utensils, pots & pans for use. Refrigerator is apartment-size, larger than "dorm size". Lovely deck in rear of unit, with propane fire pit. This property has 2 living spaces, separated by a walkway. This guest studio is built into the back of the large metal building ... and is very quiet and private. The other unit is a small house inhabited by our tenants. Please do not disturb. NOTE: For stays longer than 7 days, washer/dryer can be made available. Additional fee may apply. Guest access You'll have access to the entire living space. No covered garage. You'll park in the front by the unit's main roll-up door. You'll enter through the white picket fence marked 434, heading to the 2nd wooden gate marked 430, clearly marked, and private. Please note -- this walkway is "shared" with the residence unit on the right, we ask that everyone be respectful of one another :) NOTE: Longer stays may have access to washer/dryer for additional fee. Other things to note Surrounding area is beautiful...Avenue of the Giants is appr 10mi South. Ocean is appr 10mi North. Artist-rich area, local artisans are everywhere! Ferndale, a quaint Victorian community is to the north about 15minutes.
