The home has three bedrooms that provide tranquility and privacy and ensure restful nights. The open dining and living area forms the heart of the house: bright, friendly and welcoming – perfect for shared meals, relaxed evenings or cozy hours after an excursion into nature. Our vacation home is also equipped with a modern smart TV that offers all streaming options. A practical utility room provides additional comfort and storage space for a hassle-free stay. A real highlight is the covered outdoor terrace with a garden and an additional awning, as well as loungers and a gas grill, for particularly sunny days. Here you can relax, have breakfast, read or end the day in a quiet atmosphere in all seasons. The garden offers plenty of space and a high degree of privacy – ideal for guests seeking relaxation in the countryside! Directly adjacent is a large apple orchard with old fruit trees that invites guests to explore, snack and pick. Here you can experience nature up close and fully enjoy the rural atmosphere. There are also turkeys, chickens, geese and ducks living on the property, which provide an authentic, idyllic country experience and are especially exciting for children. The Haus am Apfelhain combines modern living comfort with rural charm and is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing break. Guest access You will have access to the entire house at the apple grove with all rooms, including the three bedrooms, the living and dining area, the spacious kitchen, the utility room as well as the covered terrace and the private garden. In addition, guests are free to explore the large apple meadow right by the house. The fruit trees invite you to walk, snack and – depending on the season – also to pick. There are also turkeys, chickens, geese and ducks on the property. These areas can be observed, but are not freely accessible to protect the animals. Experience has shown that children are particularly happy about the proximity to the animals. Other things to note - Bed linen, towels, dish towels as well as kitchen roll, soap and toilet paper are provided in sufficient quantity and are included in the price. - The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for daily use. Small extras for your stay can also be found there. - Intermediate cleaning/change of bed linen/refilling of toiletries and towels is possible for longer stays by arrangement. - The private garden, covered terrace and all interiors are exclusively available for guests. You will have the entire house to yourselves - just like at home. - The apple meadow is welcome to be entered – depending on the season, guests can enjoy fresh fruit directly from the tree. - Animals live on the premises.
