Welcome to The Seascape! The Seascape is a super clean second row home with a stunning ocean view and is situated just steps from public access to the pristine sands and ocean of Holden beach, NC. This charming, classic southern coastal beach property offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and can accommodate up to 9 vacationers. There is plenty of parking space under the deck and in the spacious garage for multiple vehicles. The kitchen is well stocked for the cooks of any group. And a clean outdoor gas grill is available downstairs. For beach activities, there are stored in the garage beach chairs, boogie boards, standard beach umbrellas, and kids plastic beach pails and shovels that can all be hauled using the available large-wheeled beach buggies. For gametime activities, there is a ping pong table, paddles and balls located in the garage as well as cornhole equipment. Choose this clean, classic home with (1) queen bed in the oceanside bedroom, which shares a bath with the streetside bedroom offering (1) double and (1) single bed. The shared bath has a large step-in shower with sitting bench. The master bedroom on the opposite side of the house has (1) king bed and a private tub/shower combo bathroom. The living room is equipped with a pullout sleeper sofa which rounds out the ability to sleep (9) guests. All bedrooms offer Roku streaming TVs. The living room and sitting area has a large 55” HD TV, also with Roku streaming. The sitting area, dining room and kitchen form one large open area perfect for vacationers to enjoy the camaraderie of meals together as well as the vacation puzzle or card game. Each year The Seascape gets new touch ups and improvements to continue to provide the best vacation experience for our returning guests as well as our new vacationers. Recently, the ceilings were replaced with new, upgraded insulation and sheet rock and were freshly painted. Also, a new can light was installed in the interior entryway ceiling to add brightness to the area. Previously, the entire interior received a paint refresh, the entire interior floor area was replaced with new elegant LVP and a stylish, costal tile backsplash was installed in the kitchen. Finally, for added weather protection a new Fortified Roof system was incorporated. Please note: CHECK IN TIME IS: 4 PM CHECK-OUT TIME IS: 10 AM Please respect these times for not only the next guest, but for the house prep staff. Note: Damage insurance is paid for by the guest and travel insurance is highly recommended to be purchased when you book your stay. This protects anyone staying during the Hurricane Season.
