Sunny family friendly large upper Soho style Apt. in a Duplex. Wave views from all three balcony decks. Short walk to outdoor dinning restaurants, breakfast spots, and shops. Less than a block, only steps to our white sand beach where you'll find; surf camps, volleyball, standup paddle boarding, bike riding or just relaxing and taking in the gorgeous scenery. Short drive to LAX. Bike ride to MB Pier, Hermosa beach, or Redondo beach Marina & Harbor, and more. Great hub to get anywhere in LA. The space This lovely and perfect location is only 1/2 Blk. to Beach! Stainless steel gas range, & refrigerator. Hardwood floor dining area next to a well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, there is also a balcony off kitchen/dining area. One bedroom is on first level. There are two 2 full baths (1 on upper, 1 on lower level), the other two bedrooms are on the upper level. Two living area's w/ 2 gas fireplaces (no wood needed). 3 balconies w/ views come with this space, and are private to you. Large Bay windows in upper living area w/ horizon views if standing, and beautiful ocean and wave views from front upper facing balcony, as well as wave views from back balcony and lower balcony. Attached enclosed garage. Lots of closet space. Internet Wi-Fi and 2 TVs. Upper Master Bdrm has a (Cal King Bed). You are with in walking distance to many eateries, for breakfast, lunch, or nighttime dinning and cocktails. There are also (two beach side stores) for necessities. Upper 2nd Bdrm (Queen Bed), Lower Bdrm (Queen Bed) + 1 air mattresses. Coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster; plus 6 beach towels, and beach chairs, quiet neighborhood, listen to waves @ night, (mostly beautiful weather) all year long! Healthy fun lifestyle living in this perfect (beachside location) home. No pets or visiting pets. But if a registered guest has one small house trained dog, and you contact the hosts we will most likely accommodate. There is no smoking in or around this property, thank you for your consideration, sorry No Smoking on balconies as well. Must have a government ID verified (on your profile). Also please scroll down and read the topic: (Other Things to note) Guest access The larger of the two garage space's, is for use. The entire upper unit of the Duplex, and it's three balconies off the upper unit. Plus the Beach is just 1/2 block away from the property. Only registered guests allowed @ property, please no visiting pets as well. Thank you. Other things to note Please understand that the space does have some off-white carpeting, so we do request that you, and the other guests take off your shoes inside the front door... if not, we will have to charge for an additional professional carpet cleaning fee of ($125.00) just where it might need. We also ask for all the names of all guests staying at the property. We will ask for Gov. Picture ID, and or a DL. From all adults. Please note, for any guest that are (not registered) at the (time of booking) we will charge a $75 fee per guest, per night, No exceptions. (No parties) And (No events) at This property what so ever.... Or you will be asked to leave, and no refund will be provided if this should occur. We have a no pet policy, no visiting pets as well. We also don't allow any smoking of any kind inside, or anywhere around the property. We have a lower tenant, and our neighbors homes are (in close proximity) to this property. When vacating at the end of your stay, you must leave all keys, (if not) we will charge a fifty dollar lock, and keys replacement fee which includes time, and efforts to do so. Keep scrolling this paragraph... On extended stays of 30 days or more, there will be an additional cleanings, and fee's required at a slightly reduced rate and will include tip for cleaning service rep -- this includes light cleaning, change of sheets, pick up soiled towels, and drop off new towels. Garage space is good for (one) mid-size SUV, or one Minivan, or a Crossover or one sedan. Dimensions: 5' 9" High x 13' 6" Wide (for entrance) x 18' Deep Also, if you bring, or rent bicycles ... you must lock and secure them (in the garage)-- not inside the home/apt. (You can gain a few inches with the height of the garage door with a latch ). But chk with us first, thx! Have a pleasant get away.....Only registered are guests allowed in property.
