My home is a comfortable cape with views of the mountains from my back deck and the bedroom window. Walk down my back trail to private Brook where a table and 4 chairs awaits you. Formal living room for reading and relaxing. The kitchen and dining room are open to each other with seating for 8. Backyard games, BBQ, stargazing and campfires on occasion. The TV in this bedroom works with the Roku app on your phone. PS 4 available. there is no cable in the bed room. Enjoy views of the mountains, stargazing, campfires from the comfortable yard furniture on the deck or stone patio. My bedrooms are large and comfortable with ceiling fans and a dressing table with mirror. I have a covered front porch for sitting out at night. I back to 2 famous hikes (Prospect Rock and Lye Brook Falls ) and there is a private brook for cooling off at the back of the property. The Backyard features a deck, stone patio, firepit, gardens and a sprawling organic grass lawn with some yard games for guests to use. Guests have private TVs in their room . The living room is nice for reading and has a TV for use after 7 am and before 9 pm .Light use of the kitchen is possible ( ask owner ) with use of fridge. Back deck, yard, brook, kitchen, dining room, grill, covered front porch. Upstairs bath is private for you. I have a busy work schedule but going tubing or paddle boarding on my days off is possible. I cook for cancer prevention if my schedule allows. It is very quiet here. I live on a road that has modest to no traffic during the day. Almost no cars at night. The frogs, owls and night noise take over after 8. My neighbors are quiet. I am close to everything Manchester has to offer and walking distance to 3 major restaurants Ravens Den Steak house, Social House and Pearls Southern Fried Restaurant. Also check out Billsville concerts they are located around the block from me. See if anyone is playing during your visit. The around House is 1 minute driving distance for dining, occasional friday night music and corn hole in Summers There is no smoking in or around my property. I keep a non fragrance household. I use some peppermint oil when cleaning. I have a cat free household. Some dogs have visited in past however never in bedrooms
