The space This is a unique beachfront property offering great sea view and many amenities to enjoy. The Apartment has been completely renovated in 2017 and in 2023, everything is new using high quality materials, equipment and electrical appliances. Its design is luxurious and well considered and offers amenities offered at rooms of luxury hotels. The beachfront property is suitable for holiday and also for business travelers, positioned at a quiet and private location, yet close to everything needed by a traveler. Apartment Suite includes: Open plan fully equipped kitchen featuring new, modern, Italian made Kitchen cabinets, living room, and a dining area. Nice covered veranda which boasts amazing sea views and offering unobstructed sunset sea views. Master bedroom with a double bed, fitted with extra-large windows offering fantastic sea views. Secondary bedroom with two single beds also offering a nice sea view. A fifth person (child) can be easily accommodated on a provided floor mattress in living room at no extra cost (during the summer time only). Please inform me in advance if you will need this arrangement. Toilet, washing sink, large shower 90cmx90cm. 64 square meters with additional 7 square meters of sea view veranda. Entire apartment has just been completely renovated (2017), and everything is new using high quality materials and equipment. Apartment is very clean and well maintained. No gas is used within the apartment for cooking or heating, kitchen oven and hot plates run on electricity. Throughout the apartment you can find many power sockets. A number of the sockets have incorporated chargers for mobile phones, all you have to do is to connect a USB cable to the socket and to your phone. Emergency lighting is installed in bedroom's corridor and living room in case of power cuts. Door bell at main entrance. Main entrance of apartment has a motion sensor and is automatically lighted when someone exits or approaches the main door. Smoke and CO alarm detectors installed at both bedrooms (voice and sound), and at kitchen area/living room. Fire Extinguisher and Fire Blanket readily available at the kitchen area (in cupboard). High Speed Wireless internet throughout the apartment. Free Telephone line (outgoing calls only, local calls). New quality Air Conditioning units have been installed at the bedrooms and also at living room to keep you comfortable in case of hot or cold days and nights. Taxi service available 24 hours after phone request. 15 - 20 minutes walk (3 minutes drive) to center of Pervolia village, where you can find restaurants (Cyprus, Indian, Thai, Continental, Sea food) coffee shops, ice cream parlor, kiosk, supermarket. 15 minutes walk to famous Faros beach (Blue Flag), sandy beach with various types of water sports including kites and 4 beach bars with organized beach (beach umbrellas and lounge chairs). (URL HIDDEN) 2 minutes walk to bus stop going to village or going to famous Faros beach, where there is a Lighthouse. 12 minutes drive to Larnaca Airport. 14 minutes drive to Larnaca Salt Lake, where you can see hundreds of beautiful flamingos enjoying the lake and the weather (while the Salt Lake is wet and not dry - seasonal event). 15 minutes drive to Mackenzie Beach (Blue Flag) where you find day and night many beach bars/ clubs/ restaurants/ coffee shops. 20 minutes drive to the only Camel Park in Cyprus at Mazotos village. 20 minutes drive to famous Larnaca Finikoudes area and beach (Blue Flag). Guest access Stairs at the entrance of the Building lead to the apartment. The stairs lead to only one other apartment and are in open and lighted area. There is a private parking at the entrance of the building which is designated for the specific apartment A7. Access to the beach is also very easy. Swimming in front of the apartment is wonderful and feels like a private beach because it is not easy for non residents to access the beach. Many of our guests enjoy this privacy. Other things to note You will love the proximity to the sea, the sea view and especially the sunset! If you have any special requirements during your stay, feel free to ask me.
