Our home is close to the Great Falls Park and Water Falls. The master bedroom suite features a three-way light ceiling fan, a double-door bedroom closet, and wall-to-wall neutral-colored carpet. One full-size bathroom with a spacious Roman-style shower with double shower heads. A full-size Turbo Plus Steam LG Washer, plus a smaller washing machine for small wash loads, and a front-loading dryer are located in the bathroom area. This walk-out, separate-entrance apartment includes a recreational area, a custom kitchen with exotic granite countertops, custom maple frosted-glass front cabinets, an Island bar, and full-size stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, a convection oven, and a gas cooktop. Above the cooktop stove is a full-size GE Profile Cafe Microwave. The spacious recreational area features multi-light ceiling fans, recessed lighting, and in-ceiling surround-sound speakers, and is furnished with a full-size daybed that sleeps two, and a Brown leather sofa chair. The kitchen, bathroom, and recreational area feature gorgeous Italian porcelain tile flooring, architectural pillars, and designer touches throughout. The breakfast nook overlooks, French doors off the kitchen area lead to a private outdoor blue slate patio with under-deck party lights that look out onto the backyard wooded area. The private exercise room can be turned into a second full-size bedroom if needed. If you are staying three weeks or longer, each month an additional cleaning fee of $75.00 to be paid for cleaning. If you are planning to work from home or stay 24/7 in the apartment, your booking rate per night will increase and no discounts will be included. Guest that are planning to use the apartment for living and working from home will be using the utilities more and if more than one person is staying in the apartment the nightly rate will reflect the number of guest working from home.
