We greet you at arrival for quick orientation and then are just a phone call away and physically available within 15 min during your stay. It is a 1 mile walk to town. I recommend car transportation to local restaurants and activities. We have 2 car spaces available next to the lake house entry walkway. Also, there is space for 2 more cars in front of the guesthouse garage. Additional parking is across the street in grassy area. (Usually for a boat trailer if needed) Sorry -NO PETS. NO Parties Quiet time is after 11pm to respect the neighbors. Also, the basement is available with approval. The garage has overflow garbage and recycling containers but otherwise is not available for guests. Do not exceed maximum occupancy. No smoking inside the home, 3 season room or guesthouse. Dispose of any outdoor butts respectfully in proper containers.
