The space Please Note to save confusion. you can book 1-6 people in bedrooms who can use the whole rest of house, but only the bedroom configuration booked and paid for can be used. If you want to use all bedrooms you need to book for 6 people. if you have 4 people who want individual beds you need to book for 6 people , if 2 people book and do not want to share the queen bed, you must book and pay for 4 people. If confused please contact owner. The house location is close to all types of facilities and is a great house for a kangaroo island stay. Guest access The property (excluding bedrooms) is at guest disposal only with specific bed configuration they have booked and paid for. You cannot use two bath rooms and the rest of the bedrooms if you only booked the queen room with ensuite bathroom for 2 people only, this will incur extra costs. If clients do not wish to share beds and instead require additional rooms, this will incur extra costs. Other things to note Property has a bio sewage system so no chemicals/oils/menstrual items or sand to be put down the sink. We advise guests take out travel insurance to cover any incidental costs associated with their travel and accommodation arrangements.
