The area is a hiker's or mountain biker's paradise, and golfers will enjoy 9-hole River Creek less than 20 minutes drive away. The perfect alternative to a motel can be yours at a much better price and without the noise, where you can venture out and explore, or just hide away for days, viewing herds of deer, wild turkeys, an occasional fox or coyote, absorbing peace and tranquility in nature. And your fur friends deserve a vacation too, so bring them along! Guest access Our property is 7 acres, of which more than one acre is completely fenced and gated. After entering the automated gate, you will park inside a secure, private, secluded area of our property. Large pine trees separate the cottage from our home, so you have plenty of privacy, but the gorgeous views are still available for you enjoy. If you have a dog with you, he/she can roam and explore freely within the fenced property's dog park-like space, completely separately from our dogs, who have their own fenced area within the property's main enclosure. However, if your dog enjoys interacting with other dogs, ours are very friendly huskies who would love to show yours around! Other things to note We are required in our county to collect occupancy taxes of 11%.
