The kitchen is fully equipped and had been updated with granite counter tops. The dining area comfortably seats up to six guests. The first bedroom has wood furnishings, is king sized, and has a great view. The second bedroom has mountain charm and is also king sized. Winter Notes: Ski-In / Ski-Out Information: Timber Ridge is located above both the Canyon Lodge and Eagle Lodge Lifts. It is the only property in Mammoth that is ski in / ski out to both the Canyon Lodge and the Eagle Lodge lifts. There are 2 groomed SKI OUT trails from the property down to the lifts. You actually ski down from the property to either Eagle or Canyon Lodge. You SKI back in from 2 different trails located off of the Chickadee run to the same spot you skied out from. IMPORTANT! The trails are at the end of the buildings, so you have to walk from your unit to the closest trail out. From this unit, it is just a 4-5 minute walk from the condo to the groomed ski trail down to the Eagle lift. The trail to Canyon Lodge is closest to units 35 to 54. All other units are closer to the trail down to Eagle Lodge. Skiing to the Eagle lift requires low level intermediate ability. Skiing to the Canyon lifts requires advanced intermediate ability.
